Unloq is a learning application that generates lessons, flashcards, and quizzes from user-uploaded documents and YouTube videos using artificial intelligence. It also provides study reminders and progress tracking.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Unloq. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to share your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

You retain ownership of any documents or content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of generating your course. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content. We are not liable for copyright infringement resulting from user-uploaded materials.
Unloq offers a free tier and a Premium subscription.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.
If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated at the time of sign-up. Unused trial time is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.
Lessons, flashcards, and quizzes are generated by AI based on your uploaded materials. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. Unloq is not a substitute for professional education, legal, medical, or financial advice. Always verify important information from authoritative sources.
We aim to keep Unloq available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time with reasonable notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Unloq is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unloq and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Unloq after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
